Learn about Fresh Mmmmmozzarella cheese, participate in a Mozzarella cheese tasting, understand key processes of Mozzarella making, and make your own Mozzarella cheese (working in pairs).
Class is best suited to those who have attended an introductory class or who have some experience/knowledge of milk/cheese.
