Drop in to any Group Yoga Class.  We have mats and props available for use.  Register online or just come on over.

Yoga Basics

Monday, 4:00-5:00, $10 drop-in

This class introduces movement technique in yoga postures (asanas). For those new to yoga and those returning to their practice.

Vinyasa Fusion

Monday & Wednesday, 5:30-7:00, $15 drop-in

Vinyasa is a vigorous, dynamic style that links breath and movement through a heat building sequence of postures. This class is designed to build strength, stamina and flexibility while maintaining precise alignment and technique. Recommended for students with some yoga experience.

Yoga Basics

Tuesday, 6:00-7:15, $12 drop-in

This class introduces movement technique in yoga postures (asanas). For those new to yoga and those returning to their practice.

Gentle Stretch Yoga

Wednesday, 4:00-5:00, $10 drop-in

This class will be primarily on the floor to accommodate deep stretching. Class focus will rotate between hips, twists, shoulders, backbends, and forward bends. Beginners and returning students welcome.

Gentle Yoga

Thursday morning, 8:00-9:30am, $15, drop-in

This class will focus on using Yoga as a tool to find balance in the body and mind - energetically and physically. Open to all students.
