Drop in to any Group Yoga Class. We have mats and chairs available for use. Register online or just come on over.
Chair Yoga is 3 days per week, Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 9:30-10:30, $10 drop-in.This gentle yoga class is practiced while seated or using a chair for support. The adapted Hatha Yoga postures are designed to build strength and flexibility and improve circulation through movement that is linked with the breath. Recommended for beginners, those new to yoga or those nursing an injury or illness.
