Drop in to any Group Yoga Class.  We have mats and props available for use.  Register online or just come on over.

Alignment Flow Yoga

Monday, Wednesday & Friday morning, 8:00-9:15, $12 drop-in

Vinyasa is a vigorous, dynamic style that links breath and movement through a heat building sequence of postures. This class is designed to build strength, stamina and flexibility while maintaining precise alignment and technique. Recommended for students with some yoga experience.

Vinyasa Basics

Tuesday mornings, 8:00-9:15, $12 drop-in

A Hatha-based, well-rounded practice that will include seated meditation and breathing techniques, guided and assisted stretching, as well as instruction in the basics of Vinyasa (a set sequence of linked poses). Appropriate for the beginning student as a training to move on to All Levels or for others who would prefer a slower-paced class.

Gentle Yoga

Thursday morning, 8:00-9:30am, $15, drop-in

This class will focus on using Yoga as a tool to find balance in the body and mind - energetically and physically. Open to all students.
