Saturday mornings, 9:0010:30, $15 drop-in
Vinyasa is a vigorous, dynamic style that links breath and movement through a heat building sequence of postures. This class is designed to build strength, stamina and flexibility while maintaining precise alignment and technique. Recommended for students with some yoga experience.
Gentle Stretch Yoga
Saturday mornings, 11:00-12:00, $10 drop-in
This class will be primarily on the floor to accommodate deep stretching. Class focus will rotate between hips, twists, shoulders, backbends, and forward bends. Beginners and returning students welcome. $10 drop-in, class passes also available.
Sunday mornings, 9:00-10:30am, $15, drop-in
A Hatha-based, well-rounded practice that will include seated meditation and breathing techniques, guided and assisted stretching, as well as instruction in the basics of Vinyasa (a set sequence of linked poses). Appropriate for the beginning student as a training to move on to All Levels or for others who would prefer a slower-paced class.
