The Cannon Beach Chamber of Commerce and our Generous Sponsors proudly present the 21st annual Stormy Weather Arts Festival!

Join us for a weekend of art, music, potters, sculptors, cuisine, dancers and more. Throughout the weekend, shops, restaurants and galleries will be hosting music, art, and literary events.

Friday November 7 is the famous Quick Draw Event, where selected artists have one hour to complete a masterpiece. The rest of the weekend also features an art walk, open mic night, art gallery receptions, movement workshops, photography exhibits, and much more!

Spotlight Event - 3 Leg Torso

3 Leg Torso was formed in 1996 as a violin, cello and accordion trio with the mission of creating original modern chamber music for their unique instrumentation. Over the following years the band has expanded both its musical missions and its size to become a quintet that now performs an eclectic synthesis of chamber music, tango, klezmer, latin and world music.
