Any person who is age 18 or older may obtain a marriage license in Oregon.
The Clatsop County Courthouse is location at 749 Commercial St in Astoria (503) 325-8511. The fee is $50. If mail service is requested, send the $50 fee and add $2 for postage (make your check payable to: Clatsop County Clerk. The mailing address is PO Box 178 Astoria, OR 97103). A marriage license may be obtained at any Oregon County Courthouse and be valid anywhere in Oregon for 60 days. Marriage license must be obtained at least 3 days prior to the date of the marriage. The 30day waiting period can be waived under certain circumstances. Please contact the County Clerk's Office for additional information at (503)325-8511.
