The Holiday Season is here! Join us for Haystack Holidays to celebrate the holidays all season long with traditions including the Lamp Lighting, Wreath Making Classes, and more!
It's the best of all worlds wrapped into this one class! Move a little to warm up with some gentle asana. Meditate a little with a variety of optional techniques including visualization, mantra (sound) and/or mudra (hand positions). Melt a little into a restorative pose or two that leads into a restful Savasana. Return from the journey with a series of grounding mantras. Have a Super Duper Day!
All Levels Welcome, including beginning meditators. Included in Memberships or Drop-in for $25 or 10 Class Pass for $220 (good for 90 days). Yoga mats and props are provided. Please register online, space in studio is limited.
