Kristen Rubis will make a sojourn to Cannon Beach on the weekend of November 15-17. The offering includes a Friday night Sacred Sound Concert, a Saturday afternoon Sound Healing Yoga Workshop, and a Sunday afternoon Awaken the Chakras Workshop workshop. You may register for 1 or all three. But please save your spot.
This Sacred Sound Concert includes pranayama (breath techniques), meditation, an individual Zapphir Chime attunement and a spontaneous, healing sound bath. Kristen creates an intentional space while offering a sacred sound healing through crystal quartz singing bowls, Tibetan metal bowls, planetary chimes, tingshas, bells, a handheld root bowl, a soothing rose quartz alchemy bowl, a handheld rainbow challice bow and a healing gong. Come set your intentions and receive this Divine blessing.
All levels welcome! All three workshops are $125Â or buy them individually.
