APPLICATIONS OPEN MARCH 1st to apply to have your dog be in the Tails of the World International Fundraising Book! If chosen, your Dog will have their beautiful portrait taken on Cannon Beach by professional Dog & Family Vacation Photographer, Cynthia Wolf, to be included in the 4th Volume of Tails of the World.. The 10 Dogs selected will represent the Dogs that Live and Play in Cannon Beach! Cynthia is part of a group of 90 pet portrait photographers from around the globe who will fill The Book with their stunning pet portraits. $100 of your $199 Custom Dog Portrait Session Fee will be donated to our local Animal Haven by the Sea Rescue and 100% of the Book Sale Proceeds is donated to GAWS Geelong Animal Welfare Society in Australia where the Founder, Caitlin J. McColl, of the Tails of the World Book is from.

 The Photo Sessions for the 10 Dogs chosen will take place MAY 7th thru MAY 20th, May 24th & 25th, June 14th thru June 28th

ABOUT THE PROJECT: Tails of the World is an international collective of professional photographers making a difference for pets in need. In 2025, we're joining forces to create our fourth volume of the Tails of the World Book. This book will feature dogs in locations around the globe, with  proceeds going to local animal rescues. In 2024 we raised over $75,000 for animal rescues, so we're on a mission to raise even more this year, in 2025! Each international photographer chooses their town (I chose Cannon Beach, of course) their local rescue (Animal Haven) and up to 10 dogs who play or live in the town they've chosen.
