Yin & Restore in Studio

This class uses two modalities: Yin Yoga & Restorative Yoga, to find relaxation and space in the body and the mind. We'll start with some deep dynamic stretching, and end with some deep supported rest. May include Pranayama, meditation and/or Kriya techniques to aid the practice.

All Levels Welcome. 

Drop-in for $25. Yoga mats and props are provided. Please register online, space in studio is limited.
