EVOO Cannon Beach is a recreational cooking school featuring hands-on cooking classes, interactive demonstration dining shows, and a culinary gift shop.
We promote using local, organic, seasonal ingredients and cooking from scratch with whole foods. In our kitchen, the fresh bounty of the Pacific Northwest meets the old world, slow food traditions of the Mediterranean and beyond.
