The City of Cannon Beach/Clatsop County are in Phase 2 of the Reopening plan. Hotels/rentals are taking guests, Restaurants may offer limited seating, businesses are open with safety protocols in place. Beaches are open. Effective July 15, the State of Oregon requires face coverings in all indoor public spaces. In addition, face coverings are required in outdoor public spaces when physical distancing is not possible.  A statewide limit of 10 people in indoor social gatherings is also in place.

COVID-19 - Shop our new online store. Our new store is not only a great way to support the Arts Colony while in-person programming is on hold--it's also a way to help our artists earn some extra income at an extremely important time. (Many working artists depend on sales from brick and mortar galleries and those galleries are currently closed.) Tolovana Arts Colony (TAC) is a community based, nonprofit arts association dedicated to providing affordable, year round arts education to the North Oregon Coast. Tolovana Arts Colony is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization
