It is the perfect place to relax, rest, and rekindle your energy while transfixed by the ever-changing Pacific surf. You're so close to downtown you can almost reach out and touch it, but you will feel "in a world of your own" in the Wells House.
Entering the cottage from the "back yard," you'll step into the ground floor hallway (stairs to the floor, two king bedrooms, and the main bathroom are also near this entrance), and past the master king bedroom suite, you will walk into the model beach cottage living room. Adjacent to the cozy living room is the open dining area, surrounded by stunning ocean views. The warm, sunny, fully stocked kitchen with a bistro-style breakfast table and chairs are just to the left of your entrance hall. Directly through the kitchen, you're back in the dining area for a meal with the gang.
You will spend plenty of quality time in your ocean-front yard overlooking the beautiful Pacific. You’ll lounge at the comfortable table and chairs on the deck at the corner of the well-manicured yard that is perfect for sunny-day thinking/napping/reading/gazing at the ocean/etc.
