The City of Cannon Beach/Clatsop County are in Phase 2 of the Reopening plan. Hotels/rentals are taking guests, Restaurants may offer limited seating, businesses are open with safety protocols in place. Beaches are open. The State of Oregon requires face coverings in all indoor public spaces. In addition, face coverings are required in outdoor public spaces when physical distancing is not possible. Garbage left behind on our beaches and parks has become a concern so please remember to "Pack OUT what you pack In.. help protect our environment".

Spring Unveiling Arts Festival: May 3-5

Cannon Beach galleries around town pull out all the stops, featuring new works, demos and receptions showcasing their top artists all weekend long. Participants can attend a reception and meet the artist behind a favorite watercolor landscape or chat with a renowned photographer or public bronze sculptor. North Coast Culinary Fest: May 10-12

This inaugural festival is a celebration of American culinary great James Beard. Local restaurants will feature Beard-inspired dinners, while regional culinary artisans offer workshops and demos on everything from artisan baking to eco foraging. You’ll find tastings of cheeses, wine, beer and spirits, along with an opportunity to attend a champagne reception at Beard’s childhood summer home in nearby Gearhart. (More Information)

 

Cannon Beach Fat Bike Festival: May 17-19

The first festival of its kind on the Oregon Coast, this festival offers a weekend of fun events to enjoy while exploring the beaches and lovely community of Cannon Beach by bike. Events planned include a sunset beach ride and bonfire with fat bike games and activities; a Saturday poker ride and scavenger hunt; and a beach clean-up by bike on Sunday. (More Information)
