Cannon Beach Breweries
Who's open? - Food & Drink List - Download & Share PDF - HERE!
Did you know that Cannon Beach has more breweries per capita than any other city in Oregon? It seems odd but with three breweries and only 1,500 full-time residents, we've got Portland beat! End a long day of soaking in everything Cannon Beach offers with a cold, refreshing brew at one of our breweries. Pelican Brewing Company and Public Coast Brewing are two of our newest breweries, each offering craft beer, and small-batch specialty brews, joining Bill's Tavern & Brewhouse on the local brewing scene.
Oregon staple Pelican Brewing features a spacious bar and dining room with an open kitchen and hearth-style oven at their location on the corner of Hemlock and Sunset. In addition to their renowned lineup of award-winning brews and ales, specialty beers are brewed on-site just for Cannon Beach.
Public Coast Brewing, formerly The Lumberyard, has renovated its 264 E Third Street restaurant. The name Public Coast Brewing celebrates Oregon's 363 miles of public coastline. With that philosophy of inclusion, this newer brewery offers a selection of beers that appeal to the craft beer drinker and the broader consumer. They produce and serve seven craft brews and root beer, in addition to offering rotating beers from partner breweries.
Bill's beers are crafted on-site, on the top floor of the tavern. They use only the finest raw ingredients, most of which are locally procured. Their goal is to have a variety of styles available to suit most tastes. Bill’s selections continuously evolve to reflect the palates and preferences of their clientele.
