The Spring Unveiling Arts Festival is one of the Oregon Coast’s signature art weekends, transforming the seaside town of Cannon Beach into a walkable celebration of creativity, coastal culture, and community. Every spring, galleries throughout town debut new collections, host artist receptions, unveilings, live demonstrations, music, and special exhibitions that invite visitors to meet artists and experience fresh work inspired by the Pacific Northwest.
The festival blends fine art with the atmosphere Cannon Beach is known for — dramatic ocean views, sea air, blooming spring landscapes, and an easygoing creative spirit. Visitors move between galleries featuring painting, sculpture, glass, ceramics, jewelry, fiber art, photography, and mixed media, often meeting nationally recognized artists alongside beloved local creators.
What makes the festival especially memorable is how immersive and personal it feels. Rather than a single convention-style venue, the entire downtown becomes the event. Guests can wander from gallery to gallery, enjoy wine receptions, watch live art demonstrations, listen to music, and discover newly unveiled works while surrounded by the iconic coastal scenery near Haystack Rock.
