Singing Sands 5k Fun Run & Walk

The Singing Sands 5k is the final event of the Sandcastle Contest Weekend! This 5k is an out-and-back that will begin at a new location in 2024-the Tolovana Wayside parking lot.

Course Details

The 5k will begin at 9 am from the Tolovana Wayside Parking lot. This course will take participants down the Tolovana beach ramp, along the tideline, north on the beach to Haystack Rock, and back along the tideline to the finish line at the Tolovana Wayside parking lot. While supplies last, participants 12 years of age and older will receive an official Sandcastle Contest T-shirt, and participants under 12 will receive a completion ribbon.

Registration Details

Registration for the 5k is available online now through the start of the event. Registration will also be available in person at the Cannon Beach Visitors Center, on the beach on Saturday, June 15th at the Sandcastle Contest in the Information Tent, and the morning of the 5k beginning at 8 am at the start of the course.
