Walter House’s full, downstairs bathroom is located in the laundry room, which can be accessed through the kitchen or the back deck. This means that after some seashore fun, you can quickly clean those sandy clothes in the wash and rinse off that salt water in the shower, while keeping your beach abode nice and sand free. Climb the stairs to the second floor where you will see Walter House’s 3 bedrooms. To the right, you will find the master, replete with a comfy, king bed and flat-screen TV. Next door lies another queen bed with a wonderful view of the charming neighborhood. The third bedroom, across the hall, contains two twin beds, a perfect spot for the kids. All 3 bedrooms share easy access to the full, upstairs bathroom, which contains a delightful soaking tub — when bubbles and a glass of wine are in order. Outside, the front porch is the ideal place to greet the rising sun with a warm cup of coffee, while the round, patio table on the back deck is excellent for outdoor meals or a game of Scrabble on balmy evenings. The small, fenced in backyard still provides enough room for a game of tag or touch football. This is also a great place to sit out at night and watch the stars.
