Mobi-Mats at Tolovana State Park
During the summer season, Mobi-Mats are placed at the end of the Tolovana State Park beach access ramp to create a firmer, more stable pathway over the sand.
Mobi-Mats are typically available between Memorial Day and Labor Day, although the exact start and end dates depend on tide behavior. There is ample parking at Tolovana State Park, and the mats are maintained several times a week.
Friendly heads-up: Beach conditions can change quickly due to tides, wind, and weather. If you are planning your visit around a specific day or time, feel free to call the Information Center, and we can assist you in choosing the best time.
