Gift cards available. Cannon Beach Surf Lessons & Rentals was born from a love of water. Our surfing lessons are backed by over 18 years of teaching at our local beaches. Safety in the water is our #1 priority while teaching you how to ride waves and have fun! Lessons are available seven days a week (conditions permitting). We welcome all ages who want to get into surfing. We offer private one-on-one, small private groups, large private groups, and surf camps. We also provide surf lessons plus beach yoga for those who want a beach yoga session before their surf lesson. Our instructors are professionally trained to teach surfing skills using a proven method from our founder’s mentor, a national and world champion surfer. We teach lessons at Indian Beach (Ecola State Park) or Short Sands (Oswald West State Park). We also offer surf rental packages with surfboards or boogie boards, wetsuits, booties, and gloves, all warm enough to play in the mighty Pacific Ocean. Our surfboard rental fleet includes soft tops, epoxy, and fiberglass. We carry long boards, short boards, and boogie boards. Rental pick-ups/drop-offs are done by reservation only for same-day, 24-hour, or extended rental times. Please reserve 24 hrs in advance. We love long relationships with our clients!
