The festival began in 1987 as a way to bring energy to the shoulder season, when quiet streets and stormy skies made Cannon Beach feel a little more tucked away. Local galleries and businesses joined together to create a weekend of art, music, and community spirit. And on Saturday night, the festival comes together for a special spotlight concert at the Coaster Theater, a highlight of the weekend that showcases incredible talent in an intimate setting.
